Our internal processes drive the transaction forward faster than has ever been possible. Our staff are supported by the "state of the art" computer system. However, unlike other practices, we strongly believe that the computer assists, and does not replace, trained staff. The system does not replace the expertise of the solicitor, but enhances it. When shopping around, ask whether those providing the quotes are solicitors or simply panel providers - namely companies who use 'conveyancing factories' and unqualified staff to operate checklist systems. This is not us. We use a state of the art and what we believe to be the most comprehensive and accurate conveyancing case management system to ensure the avoidance of human error and to speed up the transaction, which is not only recommended on the shortlist by the Law Society but also further developed over some 18 months by senior partners of this firm with many years of expertise.

Our system enables, for example, much faster searches to speed up the transaction. We aim to exchange for you at the earliest date possible to avoid risks such as gazumping, as until exchange any party can pull out.
We understand that moving is one of the most stressful experiences in your life and is a very important process, and we aim to ensure that this stressful time runs as smoothly as possible for all our clients. We appreciate the stress on the client of the risk of losing the buyer of the home, or of losing the house you want to buy or gazumping.

No meetings needed - all work is done by post and telephone as appropriate. Some people think that not using a local firm will hold up the conveyancing process, but this is quite the opposite and much more efficient as, for instance, you do not need to take the afternoon off work to sign a document which you could easily sign at home! We have developed a product which means our clients do not need to take time off to come to our office but we can meet all the requirements to allow you to move.

Direct telephone line - you will have a direct telephone line to the person dealing with your case, not to a call centre or to an inexperienced person who can only read the information from a tracking file.
